13. Recounted the Dem wins in the state house this morning

As of now, Dems have won 101 seats. The House has 203 members, so 102 is a majority.

Right now the balance hangs on HD 142 where the Dem, Moffa, is leading by 2 votes. HD 142 is in lower Bucks county, the area just north of Bensalem and west of Levittown. There are a lot of expat Philadelphians from the white, more conservative areas of the city in lower Bucks, especially Bensalem, but this district is north of that and bit more Dem friendly.

It looks like all the votes have been counted in Bucks, so there'll be a recount. If there are mailed ballots left to count, those will favor Moffa. If, after the mailed ballots are counted, the margin of victory is less than the number of military/overseas ballots outstanding, those have another week, iirc, to arrive.

HD 151 is also very close with the R ahead by 26 votes. This district is in Montgomery Co, on the MontCo/Bucks border, just north of Abington and east of Landsdale. Per the MontCo election page, there are 4,331 mailed ballots along with provisional and military/overseas still to count overall in MontCo.
