7. Manslaughter is the "unintentional" homicide of a person...

Unintentional means the person intended harm but the result, as in the instance, exceeded what would normally be expected.

When you punch someone in the face or the head you intend them harm ... we've all seen people trade punches... the normal result would be the person struck does NOT DIE ... punches as such do not normally lead to death, therefore, unintentional consequences of a purposeful action.

Murder, as such, is planned... even if it was only planned in the last 5 minutes but to be murder a device, unit, weapon, vehicle or other deadly or dangerous weapon (ball bats are dangerous but guns are deadly)
