1. I don't like any punishment before trial

I know there are circumstances it’s warranted and maybe this is one. But generally I think it sucks that people are punished and then found innocent at trial. How fair is that. State says,“oops”. Meanwhile their lives are destroyed. This is not one of the situations but it does happen a lot.
