3. Putting Constitutional Questions On A Primary Ballot

Is a F-CKING crime! PA has a large % of non Republican & Democratic voters. Do you think those folks will show up just to vote on ballot questions? PA is a closed primary state. So if Republican registered voters show up in greater numbers than their Democratic counterparts guess how the question will go. Duh!?!

This state is really messed up.
