to all those who evaded the Vietnam draft. It could be possible. The optics would be bad in most folks minds. Charges on the state and local level would have to be pursued in event the orange stain went that route.

Personally, I would think the current occupant of the White House wouldn't do that. But I also didn't think he'd really try and do what he did on Wednesday either.
