places for coming out to vote and making a difference in the state even if your (our) vote made no difference in the outcome in your (our) particular county, district, township, city, precinct, etc.
Yes, the votes in Philadelphia, its environs, and Allegheny counties made the final difference. But, they wouldn't have been in a position to put Biden/Harris over the top without your votes.
