Pennsylvania legislators approve moving primary election to June 2

2. I expect they will extend the dates for submitting

The current law (before the extension) indicated that absentee ballots had to be requested by the week before the election and I'm guessing returned/received by election day. The new legislation also apparently authorizes poll workers to start counting the mail-in/absentees the morning of the election so they won't have to wait to open them and finally count them after polls are closed (to speed up getting the results tabulated).
