Getting kicked out during residency is the equivalent to a nail in the coffin. Despite the claims that she was naive, she is smart enough to get into medical school which destroys that argument. She should have know better.

I suspect that she can still get involved with medical research, veterinary medicine, or teaching. However, her hopes to become a physician have vanished.
