I have seen folks from Colorado trying to take part in our medical and recreational cannabis industry. It's my opinion that they can make money in their own state.

Of course, one of the things that Ohio is requiring is "industry experience". How would an Ohio resident and/or business prove that they have that experience in a state where there has never been a medical cannabis program?

They have effectively allowed only out-of-state applicants... unless you want to admit that you've been growing high quality cannabis in a state where it is illegal to do so.
