The judge agreed with them on Friday, Ohio AG Husted (R), didn't appeal, probably because it was way too late for the 17 y.o.'s to vote in the Primary. I'm wondering if he's got time to appeal after tomorrow's primary to block the General from the 17 y.o's.

The kid across the road really really wants to vote, but he'll have to wait until the General. He'll be 18 in October and eligible, if Husted can't/doesn't take it back to court. He can register anytime between now and the deadline for the General, even though he's not 18.
