Why haven't they started this sooner? Because of the trump failures they refuse to mass produce test kits. trumps refusal and abandonment of helping the states exposes his contempt for the Governors and their people they serve. trumps been MIA on this crisis all along and will then claim he's saved us again, but he's lying , he's made everything much worse. Still he is doing nothing to help these Governors other than tweeting insults and lies at them. A complete failure from trump. The gop are enabling him to do this to us now too.
