18. A smile with you in rough times

(I’m in Winston-Salem NC and don’t worry so much but prepare a lot. Hurricane Hugo hit us hard, and they say this is a very similar but possibly stronger one)

Here’s to the smile. My Mother’s middle name is Wilma. After Hurricane Wilma hit the Florida Keys quite a number of years ago, Mom and I made our annual trek to the center of the Keys. Mom came from Germany. She handed her passport to the agent, and he said that if her name really was Wilma she could not come back in. He said the last visit was awful enough.
