Republicans and our large North Carolina contingent of unaffiliated aka libertarian voters, apparently believe we Democrats will just say F it and throw up our hands and stay home and grumble.

What we should be thinking about and doing is who are the democrats disenfranchised by this requirement and what do we need to do to make sure democratic voters who need ID have it.

It's a problem but not an unsurmountible one.
