Ohio's map was similarly rejected by the court but Ohio republicans simply resubmitted the same gerrymandered map, NY Democrats had an impartial master redraw its map.

Republicans have regained control of the House through gerrymandering. For Democrats to keep the House we are going to have to flip seats now.
