How the fuck can anyone trust drumpf to follow instructions and not do as he pleases, disregarding every rule to help the common folks and ensuring no one but rich profit? Guarantee you that is exactly what he intends to do because he doesn't think anyone will stop him with SCOTUS squarely on the side of fascism and him and against the constitution.
