That's like ... Pentagon-level waste right there. For something of this magnitude to happen unnoticed in ONE STATE, even a large one ... is completely outside the realm of 'belief.

Somebody MEANT to not ask for that money. Dunno who but this wasn't an accident. Not buying it ...
