I LOVE soft ice cream and there are no trucks around my area anymore. There is still a Dairy Queen about 5 miles away at a mall but it isn't the same. I worked at a shop as a summer job as a teenager and I never could dip a cone into chocolate to make a hard shell They said it is all in the wrist but I couldn't get the hang of it. Once an entire baseball team came and they all wanted dipped cones. I froze more than the ice cream when I got that order. The other employees had to come to my rescue and scoop the blobs of dropped ice cream out of the melted chocolate for 15 minutes. I gained 10 pounds in 3 weeks that summer. It was wonderfully delicious!
