How on earth would he react to a tater-tot casserole?

Years ago, a friend of mine showed me a parody cookbook her mother had sent her (her family were multi-generational Iowans of Scandinavian extraction - Lutheran, of course). It was called the "White Lutheran Food Cookbook" and was filled with recipes for traditional dishes of the area: tater-tot casserole; mashed potatoes awash in butter; things made with white bread and things made with white rice . . . and a few things that got the "white Lutheran food" seal of approval, like lime jello, canned pineapple, and lima beans. It was hysterically funny.

Wish I had a copy - I'd send it to Anthony just to watch his head explode (and no, I don't like frito pie - but I dislike self-absorbed twits even more).
