It is time to treat common criminal police officers as criminals when they are caught breaking the law. Police are suppose to SERVE & PROTECT the public not abuse those they are charged to protect. I think there are some who become crazy with power and cross the line and adopt common criminal behaviors. Those who are caught and arrested save society from a break in trust. Those who do not know how to SERVE or PROTECT should be imprisoned......
