(There) are financial accounts in the City treasury that would fall under Christie's control long enough for he and his buddies to siphon off some for themselves.

We're starting off year FOUR of Hurricane Sandy's aftermath, and there's still hundreds of millions in federal aid he has yet to disburse -- and he vetoed a way to account for the money. That means there's three years' worth of accrued interest that would be unaccounted for!
