"The jury found that the dealership, Flemington Chevrolet in Raritan Township, was negligent in servicing the vehicle three days before it flipped over on Route I-95 in Virginia on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009, and that the company's negligence was the cause of the accident.

The decision came on Oct. 23 after a month-long trial.

Steve Kalafer, chairman of the Flemington Car and Truck Country dealerships, said their attorneys are examining all options, including their right to appeal."
