Trial doesn't begin until September, I don't see Menendez making any deal! Take into consideration that trials of politicians tend to take a little longer, add in both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays...it's more likely that Christie will be out of office before Menendez is either convicted or acquitted!

Remember Rod Blagojevich, former governor of Illinois? Blagojevich was indicted by a federal grand jury in April 2009, but he wasn't convicted until August of 2010!
