6. We don't know that it was a sixth grader, only that the student was under 16.

Not trying to excuse her behavior, but they didn't identify the student any any way other than being less than 16. Could be a kindergartner or a high school sophomore. Could be male or female.

Skeevy as hell regardless, but I don't know that any assumptions about the student should be made.
