1. This and the Big Lie does raise the question, if an election is tampered with significantly, what do we do?

Are there laws and procedures defined that if an election is found to be substantively fraudulent, how is that legally declared, how does the faulty election process or security breaches get fixed and the system recertified as fair and free and how are new elections held? Given the GOP's willingness and ability to delay action and courts that move at glacial speed, and 1,000s of electoral jurisdictions, this really worries me.
