2. I lived in Maryville for many years

Love that little town, but it is filled with a lot of rednecks.

I only wonder two things...
If you leave someone's property when the ask you if you need help, why was the law called? The patrolman should have dropped it right there.

Second, if an 18 year old is crying that they just want to go home, wouldn't you think there is something going and help them, not taste them?

Maryville is a college town and has it's share of public drunkenness, it is small enough that police should have had an idea of who this kid was.
