THIS STATE OF REPUBLICANS IS WAITING FOR FEDERAL WELFARE TO BAIL THEM OUT OF TROUBLE. There are many republican beggar states which live on money donated from democratic states. The rich states support poor states. I think this state and other republican poor states should quit being beggars and FIX their broken state of affairs.....
