they are bringing this up again. You're right. They can't take NO for an answer. Perhaps we need to put an amendment counter to their amendment proposal, that will prohibit any RTW amendment, language, or effort ever to grace any of MO's ballots in the future or be addressed by the legislature in any shape, form, or fashion.
