programs they can't access, for low wages, for criminal gangs that only prey on the undocumented, not being able to have bank accounts or any banking services, being subject to INS round ups, to be separated from family and friends, to be forced to return to criminal and economic hardships ....

I'm watching a Christine Amapour program on families who can't get their children back and I'm too angry to write any more.
