1. My driver's license was set to expire in June

so when I went in to renew my tags last month I asked if I could do the DL then or if it were too soon. No problem with renewing it that early and I had the new DL in a week. Also, because I was just picking up new tags for this year, no problem getting those either.

I think the problems come when a title change is involved.
