Acute labor shortages are a plague on this nation. The one issue most often reiterated around here from business owners of both large and small companies is the need for help - any help. We’re finally starting to slowly see businesses push the wage scale up to attract help of any sort.

Maybe the tables are turning and we’re beginning to see the return of a valued employee. Trickle, schmickle. If you put money in the pockets of workers, you will see a return to upward mobility - a goal of the Democratic Party, but the bane of Republicans.
