1. Does this bill have any chance in the Senate

presuming it gains a majority in the House? If somehow the Senate passed it, I could see Trump signing it, saying that his tax law finally made the economy strong enough to afford it (he always takes credit, never accepts blame), but I think he's counting on the Senate to kill it.
