Madigan is-not-stupid - unlike what passes for POTUS these days. He does not text. He does not email. He does not Tweet. I've *never* seen any indication he is on social media of any sort. I suspect he *rarely* speaks on the phone, much less a cell phone. He is NOT stupid. Would not surprise me if some low level players get busted but their families, if any, will be taken care of.

Notice that the Feds indicted the Ohio House speaker - Householder of all names. But not Madigan. Their plan is to get someone to roll over on him. With so many levels between him and ANY activity - be it kosher or not - I just don't see it happening.
