Grangeville is NOT along Interstate 95 because there is no I-95 anywhere near there, in fact it's way the hell over on the east coast of the country!! And there is NO Interstate Hwy within three hours' drive of Grangeville which is located along US95 at the jct of State route 13 about an hour south of US12.
Honestly, and this is an article from the capitol city of Idaho... Mental illness isn't the only problem in Idaho, lack of education is yet another among the many.
