4. After living here most of my life I can say Florida has a love/hate relationship with spring breakers.

First it was Ft Lauderdale in the 1960's but after a few years the city said it cost more to police the kids than it was worth so they were banned. The "kids" then went to Daytona Beach, Then Jacksonville, back to Miami then back to Ft Lauderdale.
The cities like the money the college kids bring in but don't like the insanity
