They never signed onto the Coalition of Immokalee (Florida) Workers Fair Food agreement. The biggest players all have (the big restaurant providers, the 4 largest fast food companies, and WM), so the only reason not to is political. Their native Florida neighbor schtick doesn't apply to the neighbors who bring their food to the table.

One of the founder's kids (the one who runs the family foundation) ponied up $3M to fund the January 6th rally. This is what Publix money is for.
