Illegal, full auto weapons and unlicensed SBRs will get a man a long term reservation in Club Fed. The man's actions were basically suicidal, driving without a tag with a car-load of illegal guns. Let him try to get his Sovereign Citizen thing past a judge. It will be one more dirt bag off the streets. Good riddance.
