First, a republican throwback president appoints justices to the USSC to overturn Roe.

Next: that USSC overturns Roe, leaves it to the states. Republican legislators cheer and support.

Next: certain states outlaw and/or severely restrict abortion within their boundaries.

Next: Lindsey Graham proposes a federal ban, 15 weeks gestation.

Next: Republicans wait until they have 60 votes in Congress. And a republican President to sign the bill. This may take a while.

Next: Another republican majority in both Houses pass new legislation: outright ban on abortion.
