Personalities such as his don't stay at one job for a long period of time. He has been fortunate that his latest few moves have all been upward . He has reached the end of the line and at 57 years old the next step for him won't be in an equivalent position if he loses the job in Miami. The best thing that he can do is hunker down and do his job without seeking the spotlight--good advice for all public servants.
