12. So is this an increase on the tax or just paying normal sales tax on a item

In my town the tax is 7%.. So on line purchases will be taxed at 7%? Would the vendor collect the tax and send it to the State of Florida? I'm curious what businesses are getting tax breaks.. Mar a Largo?
