If you are leaving the USA prove that you are not going to make another country sick.

If you are coming home or visiting or planning to stay, prove you will not get anyone sick with your vaccine records.

It should be that or off to a new Ellis Island for you and your family. I think that a good amount of the world governments would rather fund 2 week dentition for every one who is sick and withhout vaccine documentation instead of having to back track after an outbreak of any kind.

If you are not well, if you feel sick you have a responsibly to not get anyone else sick.
