Well planned by the 1 %ers,case in point California Prop 13. Yah,that's the ticket. We are seeing this in Nevada now with this so called 3 % cap on Real Estate Taxes,but,what the Taxing Districts are not telling the Suckers is,well,we just increased your Valuation's and therefore we adjusted the Mill Rate for Inflation. People must pay attention and not listen to what the yammering TeaBillies and their Ilk.
