Cotton has some of the same connections to the Arkansas Ol' Boy network that Bill and Hillary did. Cotton's indirect endorsement of Bernie could just as well be reverse psychology-- "If a nutcase like Cotton is endorsing Bernie, then I'm supporting Hillary!"
