Yesterday I was there, to pick up cat litter at PetSmart in the strip mall on the southeast corner.
In front of the Trader Joe's was an enormous SUV flipped on its side, with people milling about, trying to extract the folks trapped inside. I cannot think of any way that something that size would get capsized in a parking lot.
There were soon more cops, firemen and paramedics than one would believe possible in that parking lot!
