but we will have our "spring" soon, I hope. the ocotillos already leafed out after a smaller rain about a week ago and the ground is turning green already. it has been a long year.

we are technically Chihuahuan semi desert grassland here.

this was nothing but sand and bare dirt a week ago -

well, the brush was there but the sprouts on the ground weren't. LOL
