started building practice rooms 30 years ago. We had built a mini warehouse and some local groups rented 4 to practice in. This gave us the idea to turn a second warehouse into practice rooms. Concrete filled block walls outside with 4" of acoustical tile, inside walls are 14" thick with 3-2layer 1/2" floated rock a 2" dead air space and 4" of acoustical tile. These walls go all the way to the roof. Lay in ceilings with 4" of fiberglass insulation. Each room has its own AC and a 3hour steel fire door.

I really don't know if there is anything like this anywhere else.
