6. I got to see here at Bossom Music Center in Ohio in '74 or '75. And at the World Theater in Austin ...

... '04. The voice was as good both times, sublime. In Ohio I sat out on the lawn with several thousand, At the World - in a nice seating arrangement inside with less than 200. She had only three or four backing musicians.

First time I heard a complete album of her's was visiting a cousin at her dorm and her room-mate played the album with Marat on it (the first one) in '70 and I had an amazing revelation - there was gooood music and it had not a thing to do with rock. I'd left my folky days behind once I got to school and left them behind.
