3. The sculpture on the top looks like a 2D painting on the left

while the "restored" one on the right looks 3D. Also, the size and shape of the armor on the head looks very different. It IS different. The lady who admitted to restoring the bottom one should be horrified at what she did but she doesn't sound regretful at all in the video. What kind of priest saw her starting to paint the clothes and then let her go on to continue restoring the face? Is he blind?
