Low Dose Naltrexone at 1 to 4.5 mg for feeling happier, for pain and for immune modulation. People on naltrexone for opiate abuse or alcohol abuse take 50mg plus but lots of positives for this drug in tiny amts.

Low Dose Naltrexone is basically methadone given in tiny amts. Thousands online in many LDN forums.

You need a prescription or can get one from an online dr. The low dose is only available in compounding pharmacies.
