I am not having a good weekend [View all]

Last Thursday I started feeling pain in one of my teeth. Since then, it has developed into a full-blown infection. Luckily, my dentist was able to see me this morning 800 on a Saturday. Prognosis is that I am on an antibiotic regimen and that it should fix it within a few days.

After that I will get a root canal to remove the remaining nerve. Meanwhile, I cannot sleep or eat. I have been using Tylenol and Ibuprofen pretty aggressively and this makes me comfortable for a few hours at a time. The left side of my face is swollen from the infection.

Hopefully, the antibiotics clear it within a couple of days. Tooth ache is no picnic.

I'd recommend the soft gel packs that you put in the freezer or microwave. You can do either with the same pack. MLAA May 31 #5
