51. I took it for a while for post-shingles nerve pain.

Wednesday

There was some dizziness the first couple of days, but after that I had no side effects.

It helped for 8 to 9 months, then I seemingly built a tolerance to it and the pain came back. Now I'm on Duloxetine.

too much B6 can cause neuropathy, anxiety and insomnia so check your b6 intake before taking another product. rainy Dec 31 #17
